Reflection 1 on chapter’s 1, 2 and 3 Introduction: It was during the terminal phase of my salad days that I met my destiny –Computer, a wonder machine. I always believed that growing field like computers along with management would spell wonders in future. Revelations made by the use of computers in every field from basic agriculture to sophisticated industries created this confidence in me. This excited me to choose Management Information Systems as my area of study. We must have in depth technical knowledge in both computer hardware and system software to become a successful Information System’s Engineer. 1) Computer Technology: The primary agenda of the first chapter is to become familiar with computer technology and why technical knowledge is important. Information Systems is developed by Software development life cycle (SDLC) which is also called as Software Development Process.
