Infamous: Second Son is an open world, action-adventure video game. Developed by Sucker Punch Productions and published by Sony Computer Entertainment for the PlayStation 4. The story follows the protagonist Delsin Rowe; Delsin is your average day hooligan who is a burden to his older brother who happens to be a police officer. Over the course of the game, Delsin acquires various different superpowers which will eventually allow him save the people from his village and get revenge for them. Overall Infamous: Second Son is a very enticing game, with plenty of side objectives to keep you busy after you’ve finished the main storyline. The shadows that the buildings, characters, and other objects cast over the city are very remarkable; it’s almost as if you are in real-life. The various superpowers which are seen in the game are also very attractive; you can see every minor detail and particle which you give off when using your various powers. At first the handling of the character can be somewhat difficult, but after playing for thirty minutes or so the handling is much more fluent. The controls for the game feel very natural, there is no strain when having to make a combo-move or when making your way around the environment. The skill tree system is simple but effective; there are different skills which you can acquire depending on your karma level, hero or villain. The skills which you acquire from having good karma give you skills which are more helpful for manoeuvring your way through a level. Whereas the skills which you acquire form having evil karma give you skills which are more helpful if you want to destroy everything and everyone that gets in your way.
