This was a marvelous opportunity for me as my nine month long Internship allowed me to gain knowledge, experience, and insight into the way modern business is conducted from a Business Analyst point. The internship was focused on business and analysis improvements within the company.
At the very beginning of my work period, I have set a certain number of learning goals in regards to my improvement of knowledge, understanding, and skill set that would help me later excel in all of my further endeavors. For the duration of my work, several activities contributed to achieving my goals. From meetings every day with the board, to direct contact with previously established methods through the help of my mentor abetted me to understand the path and unique approach a Business Analyst needs to have. These actions supported by numerous workshops organized by the company allowed me to fully grasp the knowledge needed, and way of thinking required to be a Business
Health Care workers are constantly faced with legal and ethical issues every day during the course of their work. It is important that the health care workers have a clear understanding of these legal and ethical issues that they will face (1). In the case study analysed key legal and ethical issues arise during the initial decision-making of the incident, when the second ambulance crew arrived, throughout the treatment and during the transfer of patient to the hospital. The ethical issues in this case can be described as what the paramedic believes is the right thing to do for the patient and the legal issues control what the law describes that the paramedic should do in this situation (2, 3). It is therefore important that paramedics also

The first philosophy “One Minute Goal Setting” makes tasks assigned to the individual clear and precise. The manager first expresses goals that need to be accomplished. Once an agreement is made, each goal is written down in 250 words or less. It is strongly held that it should take no more than a minute to read. You should reinforce each goal throughout the day. Also take time to look at your performance and see if your behavior matches your goals.
I discovered new areas and specialties that I didn’t know I could enjoy and possibly make an important contribution like the legislative and research fields.
In the hospital, I've got to be in touch with real patients and I even got to treat them. I would ask the patients how they are doing and give them some water if they needed it. The staff also gave me a green light and allowed me to talk to patients and connect to them freely. When you talk to the patients, you can really learn a lot from them. .This experience benefited me because I was exposed to the real world and real world problems. The hospital experience also opened my heart as some of the patients were in terrible condition. It made me realize how fortunate I am and also made me grateful for all the blessings in my life. I can only thank God for that. Another benefit that I got from my internship was having the chance to develop cooperation skills with colleagues. I cooperated with the doctors and hospital staff to get jobs done. They have given me important tasks which I completed. They also give me 100% responsibility when working in the

In the professional life, I am prepare in leadership skills, have become a better communicator in person and on paper. I learn to think critical, learn to better understand others, and make more precise decisions and able to look at my own self. Overall, the internship was unique experience and it allows me to experience students on a different level. I learn from supervisor, staff, and students. The internship allows me to focus on gaining important skills on working responsible and communicating with others.

Often times, I can’t help but wonder what my life would be like if I haven’t been exposed to the world of business; a wonderful career that changed my life completely. I have taken interest in business career because I love calculating numbers and interacting with people; But most importantly, my fascination in business came from my grandfather. He taught me many valuable tips on how to be a successful person, and most certainly how to run a business. He was not only a successful businessman, but also a respected individual. One of the businesses that he owned was a company called “Wu Long Tea Factory”. The main thing that they produce is tea of course, but they also have products such as cakes, candies, and all kinds of stuff. By being the production manager’s assistant of this company, I was able to experience everything that was going on in the factory. Even though that was the background I grew up in, my biggest fascination wasn’t in being a manager in a factory; it was the finance part that got me all excited. Often times I can even see myself sitting in my office and work on clients’ financial profiles and statements. I also took extra math classes and participated in many of the competitions in order to prepare myself to succeed in this particular field. Other things that I also did to get me well prepared are joining school activities, applying internships, and having jobs. I believe that all my hard work will pay off, when I see myself as a successful businessman.
Addressing learning objectives at the beginning of the lesson, referencing learning targets that they have crafted/partially authored, putting into context what they want to learn, further elaborating how what they want to learn relates to the unit learning targets, and reusing the learning target language throughout the lessons helps students to understand how/why the learning targets apply to key concepts and learning activities throughout the lesson. While students will continue to master these learning targets throughout the lessons, they were able to apply their understanding to each learning target when they:
...curate and working piece of scientific software by a deadline, forcing me to learn how to deal with it all on the fly. I now feel immensely more prepared to take on any project, and far more accustomed to academia, having taken my first steps down the path of research.
The course was useful in understanding of the interconnected nature of business organisations and the importance of decision making in increasingly competitive and globalized markets.
