Ethiopia is the original birthplace of coffee (Arabica) the production of Ethiopian coffee has not changes since the 10th century, it was said that the Ethiopian mountain people of the Galla tribe discovered and recognized coffee. However, coffee as a drink wasn’t discover yet, the people of gala collected bean from the trees in the forest that was grown in the mountain, they ground them up and mix them with animal fat, other tribes in Ethiopia ate the bean as porridge or crush the coffee bean and drank it as a wine, in the 13th century the Islamic world welcomed the coffee into their world, it was considered as a medicine, it helped the Muslims keep them awake for praying,

The Ethiopian coffee is produced and collected by hands and mostly by children, from planting to picking. Most of the workers are poor farmers that live in the mountains, One of the reasons for the growth of economy is the Ethiopian coffee, in away coffee will affect the country and the economic growth if the coffee Extinct. The coffee will always be a big and important business for Ethiopia’s economic, since around 60 percentage of total Ethiopia’s coffee export to the world

Coffee has been the only and most important production of Ethiopia, by promoting the Ethiopian coffee to the world, Ethiopia improves the farmer’s income, economically and baselessly, since Ethiopia economy depends greatly on the trade of coffee
