INTRODUCTION

“It is centered in groups or organizations, rather than individuals, and engages the group in heart, mind, spirit, and energy”. [Lorilee,R.S., & Lela,V..(1995)]. {From this point of view, we can assume that leadership will change from the individual-centered to collective-centered. Leadership also can change from a group of curriculum to a developing, adapted educational process where it focused on building a good relationship. Its mean the leadership is a process of social influence, which maximizes the efforts of others, towards the achievement of a goal. So that, leadership are important in manage the sustainability of natural resources in Malaysia from harm or demolish of our daily life. Thus, in this study there are effective ways in managing the natural resources which we can improve leaders characteristic, providing educational opportunities or interact leaders with management and encourage practice teamwork in organization of natural resources.
BODY BACKGROUND
Our societies are depending on the abilities of our leaders and how well they can do their jobs in manage their work done very well. A leader is someone that many people look to for way, guidance, and motivation, so it is important for our leaders to have the ability or skills to make hard decisions and to know and do what is right for the people.”Good leadership, unfortunately, is all too rare”. [Thomas,S.B. & Scott,A.S..(2013)]. A leader may focus on the activities that bring in them praise and reward, such as actions that cause a rise in the organization rather than making tough ethical choices.  Lastly, leader have to use a creative decision making to promote better care and a good working environment while managing the natural resources. As we saw from the beginning, building up effective leadership in manage the natural resources as a worthy goals because natural resource which include forestry, wildlife and so on can be help to sustainability.
