Introduction
Nowadays, the office application software has been more important to the business. One of the reason could be the electronic commerce has change the structure of the business. And the second reason is the function of the application is really helpful for the company. I will introduce part of the functions of the office application software, and basis on the organization of our company, I will explain how the office application can help to manage these organizations. The example is basis on the Microsoft office.
Information management
For the information management, in our company there are a lot of resource are spent on the information management, such as keep the data basis or relocation the information once per year. Most important software would be Excel. Our company has a lot of old information, such as the financial report, statistical data, information of the market and the information of the employee. This information can be classified better when we use the Excel.

They can help each company on accounting, also, as we have this resourse to use the office application, we should keep using that. Not only because the office software can help the operation of company, but also we need to follow the rule and trendy of the business. Most of the different organization are require to use these office to write their resume different. The financial report also need to print it out thought different office software. Therefore, the office software can never get out to the business for a long time; the application softwre for business is really inportant.

The drawbacks to these types of programs are very few. They all streamline the processes of employee compensation, time keeping, benefit schedule and timeframes for evaluations for improving productivity.
