Workforce planning is a set of procedures that an organization can perform to ensure the most effective employee/management, also to ensuring long-term success and increasing profits.

Workforce planning falls into two broad categories, such as: Strategic workforce planning deals with broad-based issues that develop over years and months and can all the aspects of an encompass Enterprise and operational Strategic. Such as: Evaluating and determining likely future sourcing options, Forecasting knowledge exhaustion as employees leave the organization, Implementing an effective workforce analytics strategy, Forecasting future talent needs.

This tactic is generally used to help in informing the business of its trend organization, that’s includes its transitions of the future taking into account external and internal organization 's environment. It enables the business to changing its culture and structure to lead the company to good positions in the future. The analytic recommend planning provides a real based method to allow us to understand our workforce attitude. Turnover patterns, analyzing employee recruitment and promotions are slight sample procedures that involved in this process. There are some activities to attract interested applicants in the universities such as: attending Careers Fairs, presentations on the company linkage with organizations and clubs, drop in skills sessions and mentoring schedules.
Students are being able to visit Enterprise they also are spending time into learning about how it does business and what chances that being offer in Enterprise.
Enterprise offers a pretty training and salary as a part of its capitalization. The real attraction is the chance of a career rather than just a job. Most employees start out as Management Trainees with the effort to progress to Vice President/General Manager. Employees also have chances to specialize in specific areas such as: vehicle acquisition, finance, risk management, HRM and many others.
