Wear a light colour shirt and dark colour trousers. Tie and/or blazer may be worn based on your comfort. Ladies can dress in sarees or salwar-kameez. Usually formals are advisable. Clothes should not be too tight and you should be comfortable in them and appear decently dressed to the Interview panel. A day or two before the exam, avoid spicy and roadside foods. You do not want to fall ill before the BIG EVENT. In addition, moderation in diet keeps you comfortable and fit. The night before the event, eat well. Drink milk before sleeping, it smoothens your bowel movements. Avoid cool drinks, or alcoholic beverages. Sleep on time. You must make sure that you have at least 8 hours of sleep the earlier night.
