Job satisfaction describes how content an individual is with his or her job. Job satisfaction is not the same as motivation or aptitude, although it is clearly linked. It is defined as pleasurable emotional state resulting from the appraisal of one’s job, an effective reaction to one’s job, an attitude towards one job. Job satisfaction is frequently studied as a subject in work and organisational literature. It is a very important attribute which is frequently measured by the organisation. Job satisfaction is also important in everyday life, organisations have significant affects on people who work for them and some of those affect are reflected in how people feel about their work.

SCOPE OF THE STUDY
The study was conducted with the aim to find out the level of satisfaction amongst the worker and to provide valuable suggestion that can be utilised to keep the level consistent among the worker. This research report can be utilised by the organisation for further improvements so that all the employees are satisfied with the procedure to retain the best potential employees.
