Empowering women is one of the things that must be done just right for moral reasons because half the world face discrimination based on their sex and this situation can be changed .

The process of empowerment means , increase the influence of women in specific issues . In other words , empowerment is a continuous process , which is done with purpose, to enable greater control over resources that our society offers . Therefore we can say that empowerment , that actually means overcoming fundamental inequalities , the moment arrives wife decide its own fate because of its contribution and role in family economic development and social transformation are key to a prosperous society .
Albanian women have the right to be safe in their homes and in the community , to be educated , to have control over their bodies and their lifes. Albanian tradition has always fought with distinction in gender roles and responsibilities of the position women in society. However it is clear to public opinion , you see the commitment of women as fundamental to support human dignity and respect for the unique challenges that women face daily. Empowering women , also has the ability to create countless other effects : to create a world with healthy, more educated , and less poverty . Empowering women educated for example makes it so they can exercise power in some form in their families and communities to build a civil society in the fight against poverty and to work for a world that is for all .
Women want to become entrepreneurs but lack of funding , training business or personal reasons , may discourage them to be independent. Has nothing to do with the lack of innovation studies have shown that women are equally innovative as men . And when women b...

It is clear that the narrow ideas of sex and gender roles have a negative impact on people's lives for example , men are taught to be in compliance with specific ideas of masculinity and this makes their full development as human beings is limited . For example , social norms that assume women are responsible for raising children and this limits the role of men to participate in depth in The activities family . Such as involvement with their children , something that can enrich their lives so invaluable . People need to learn and be educated to change models and build communication skills , their relationships with the women in their lives is sure that will improve .
