If they are allowed to be themselves, they will engage fully within the team, or in assigned work. The environment can significantly impact an individual’s involvement in the organization. This will result in low staff morale, increased absenteeism, and decreased productivity along with retention difficulties. Open communication is essential with the components, as well as receiving feedback from the person doing active listening. This will provide an opportunity for discussing issues related to anything going on in their life or job. Every organization is built from a unique context, but they all have room for improvements. One must remember that God is our head and we must do everything that will please the Lord. This will help us build relationships between the perspective of diversity and inclusion. The employee would feel at ease if a mistake is made and they know that they still have the support of the organization. God did not give up on us and He sent us a savior when we fell short. It is important to do everything unto the Lord and we should love one another as you love yourself. Leaders should provide their staff with the opportunity to grow and achieve optimal performance, which will help increase productivity, leadership and the overall success of the organization. Measurement of the Plan (Stan) It is critical that an organization takes the steps necessary to create a diverse culture in the work environment. There are no genders, races or cultures that take precedence over the other and we are all one in God’s eyes (Galatians 3: 28). Once a diversity and inclusion plan has been implemented for a year, the organization needs to go back and re-evaluate their plans to ensure it has been successful. There are four steps a company can utilize to make sure the plan is working. The first step is to review the business plan that was created to ensure it encompassed a total diversity and inclusion plan. The company knew there was an issue to start with but now that a year has gone by they can go and look at the plan with a fresh set of eyes (Anderson, 2007).
