What is action plan?
Action Plan is the “roadmap” that ensure all students reach their full academic potential and are prepared to succeed and meet specific goals that are set in the plan. In other words, it is a systematic way of defining a goal, figuring out strategies for meeting the goal, and deciding how you will assess whether you have met the goal. In education, teachers can use action plans in relation to their own professional goals, and they can also use them to work with students. Action also includes information and advice on using a range of technology in your lessons, from the tape recorder to the computer. In Planning we cover the main principles of English Language Teaching and look at the basics of lesson preparation.
