How is Engineering Management Important for Industrial Business? More than 55 years ago, Engineering Management graduate program have founded in the United States since 1950s. The first program was developed and established by Drexel University (History, n.d.). Many management engineers have push forward for successful project and company. Basically, this program has designed to develop the skills and knowledge which include management techniques, business, strategies and other concerns. In every division of structural company have a supervisor or a manager to manage the subordinates and contact with the clients or other companies. Most of them should have the good management skills in this position in order to bring the project and company in the right way. Several reasons that company considers to hire management position which have both full and past time jobs. First of all, they need to a fresh perspective to negotiate with the clients.
