Whether these findings could be generalized to other districts where has different economic and social conditions? Therefore, this study aims to examine what the association between homeownership and mental health would be in Maryland State. The findings from this research could be contribute since Maryland State is the region with diverse characteristics economically and socially including encompassing 6 counties of the 25 richest counties in the US and one of only eight states that have 70 percent or more of their poor concentrated in one city (Maryland State Education That Is Multicultural Advisory Council, 1998). Maryland is one of the most densely populated states in the country and the smallest states in terms of area. According to the data from American Community Survey (“ACS”) from 1998 to 2012, the homeownership rates range from the lowest of 48% in Baltimore city to the highest of 84% in Queen Anne counties, compared to an average of 68.1% in Maryland and 65.5% in the US.

With Iowa having top rankings in the nation in production areas, some people might be wondering if the production of grain, livestock, and energy is being done correctly and environmentally friendly? In the long run the answer is yes, but there are some valid arguments that can be made against production in these areas. When it comes to wind energy, there are two main arguments made against wind turbines.
In Illinois, for example, there are 76,000 farms and more than 28 million acres of farm land. Therefore, the average farm size is 368 acres, including hobby farms (“Facts About Illinois Agriculture”). Illinois is a major corn producing state and the cost of corn production in 2012 is $832 per acre. The revenue from a 170 bushel per acre corn yield at $5.50 per bushel is $880 (Caldwell). Thus, an average corn farmer in the state of Illinois can expect to net approximately forty-eight dollars per acre on his corn crop in 2012.
