Many Citizens in the U.S. mainly believe that undocumented immigrants commit crimes to endanger the lives of others. If an undocumented commits crime and is detained they will most likely be deported back to their native country ( List Of Pros and Cons of Illegal Immigration ). Their is many people that are arrested for different reasons but the consequences for undocumented immigrants.“For example, an illegal immigrant may be operating a motor vehicle without a license or insurance. If they collide with another driver, that driver is forced to take care of their physical pain and any damage that the vehicle sustained out of their own pocket” (“List Of Pros and Cons of Illegal Immigration“). To others undocumented immigrants cause more problems than committing crimes. “Many argue that providing amnesty for illegal immigrants already in the United States, opens the door as an incentive to other undocumented travelers to come to the country, They may believe they can get away with breaking the law because Congress will provide amnesty” (“Pros And Cons of Amnesty for Illegal Immigrants “). Latinos contribute to diversity that day they share their culture with the rest of the United States. Diversity is everywhere in public, at school, workplaces, and stores. A study shows that “in 2012, 11.6 percent of immigrants had a master’s degree, professional degree, or doctorate degree, compared with 10.8 percent of the native-born population” (“ The Facts On Immigration Today “). Many latinos strive even if they aren’t able to obtain a proper legal-status. If deportation are still an effect their won’t be a diverse group of latinos. “President Obama announced on June 15, 2012, that the U.S. Dept. Homeland Security would not deport certain DREAM Act–eligible undocumented youth. Under a directive from the secretary of DHS, these youth will be given temporary relief called “deferred action” (“ Health Care &Amp; Public Benefits “). President Obama came up with a good temporary solution for immigration even though the work permit doesn’t extend to immigrant parents. It does seem like Obama want to do more but other politicians interfere when talking about a final solution for immigration. “Congress has complete authority over immigration. Presidential power does not extend beyond refugee policy. Except for questions regarding aliens ' constitutional rights, the courts have generally found the immigration issue as nonjusticiable”
