The reason why I would avoid them in the first place. What happens next is obvious, they start treating me differently (as if I didn’t already know that), and when I say differently I mean badly. For me this is really annoying. The coworkers start to whisper loud enough so I can her yet quiet enough to where I can’t understand what they are saying. Let’s say a problem of some sort pops up and the boss puts me in charge of solving it. I will count on sabotage and by who I already know is my coworkers.
