Where is the one place in the world you would love to visit? The place that I would like to visit is Paris. The reason I would like to visit Paris is because of how nice and how wonderful the place looks. The thing that I want to see the most there is the Eiffel Tower. While in Paris, I would love to try new foods and try a different way of living.

The Eiffel Tower is one of the three tallest structures in the world, so I would love to see the scenery from the top of the building. Another reason I want to see the tower is to see if the fact that it shrinks 6 inches in the cold weather is true. Lastly, I want to visit the tower to add onto the 250 million people that have already visited.
Paris is known for having good baguettes and duck. Paris is also known for having many bakeries with croissants. I would prefer trying all of the foods in Paris that aren’t in America. Another thing I would like to experience is their culture. I want to be in Paris on July 14, Bastille Day, because it’s on the same date as my dad’s birthday and four days after my own.

Dad and I are so excited to watch the game. We are at the World Series about to watch the Orioles play the Cardinals in game 5. This is where I go in my mind when I think my perfect place to travel. Getting to see the World Series would be amazing. I’d also get to experience watching my favorite team, the Orioles play. I might even get to interact with the players after the game! My love for the game of baseball is what drives me to watch the World Series.
The reason I want to watch the World Series with my dad so much is because I enjoy watching and playing the sport of baseball. The reason I enjoy playing baseball is because I like the adrenaline rush of the ball coming at you when you’re hitting. Another reason I enjoy playing baseball is because I like cheering on my teammates when they are up to bat. And I like watching baseball because it is entertaining, fun, and exciting to watch. But it’s not just about the game i’m watching it is also about the team that I am there to
Disney world, Paris, Australia, Italy; all amazing places I’m sure, but I’ve never been. Although there is one place I have been to; it was none other than Blackpool Pleasure Beach!
Las Vegas is one of the interesting cities that I have ever visited in the entire world because it is a microcosm of the whole United States. Not only are there people visiting from all 50 states but people from all over the world as well, therefore, you will meet the most unique characters that you have ever met in your life.
I would like to go to the Grand Bahamas because there are many activities to do there. Activities such as diving, sailing and boating, parasailing, and watersports. When you dive deep in crystal clear water at the Grand Bahamas, there are playful dolphins, and many find detailed coral gardens. Many people choose to arrive the old fashion way to the Grand Bahamas by sailing. Parasailing would be a great experience, and it’s also the best way to
First off, New Orleans, a lively place that no one would want to miss, can only be experienced with my own eyes. Culture is what New Orleans live for and culture is what I thrive for. This city is stuffed with an abundance of heritage that creates a vessel of life and turns it into what we know about New Orleans today. To be able to see all of the influences from the French and the Africans, or any other nationality would be an interesting experience. There is a whole bundle of different foods that have their own unique appearances and tastes that is only local to New Orleans, and I would love to taste every single thing there if I were
Paris is a very historical place it is more than 2000 years old, Gauls of the Parisii tribe settled a small fishing village on an island near the river Ile de la Cité around 250 and 200 BC.(History np). The Parisii tribe eventually gave their name to the city. The Gauls were composed of warrior tribes who hunted, fished, and lived in huts with thatched roofs; their religion was called druidism which celebrated nature. Paris was concurred by the Roman army under Julius Caesar who defeated their chief warrior, Vercingétorix in 50 BC. The Romans renamed the capital Lutetia, which it stayed until it was reconquered by a Germanic tribe called the Franks, giving the country its name France (land of the Franks). The king of the Franks, Clovis, converted to Christianity and took the old name of Paris for its capital. King Philippe Auguste turned Paris into a medieval city with protective walls and a fortress on the site of the Louvre. Nobody knows what the Louvre means but it is believed that the Louvre is Latin for wolves. (Paris np). The French Revolution destroyed Paris but made it one of the most important cities in the world. On July14, 1789 the people of Paris stormed the Bastille a symbolic fortress of the king, starting the French Revolution. The revolution the lasted for 10 years and left Paris is pieces and ended with Napoleon taking power during the coup d’Etat in 1799. The revolution inspired the adoption of the Declaration of the Rights of Men, leading to the Democracy of France. The Declaration of the Rights of Men can be
Despite the fact that I would love to go visit both cities, Nassau, Bahamas is my overall favorite pick. There are many lively, entertaining affairs at both places, but since I can only choose one place, it would definitely be Nassau, Bahamas. Not to mention that I love the atmosphere at the beach. Hopefully, I can someday take another trip like this and be able to experience Paris. Now that I have done all of the research and totaled my prices, I cannot wait to
I'm from South County and that kind of stuff wasn't ever really exposed to me at all so I asked my dad what he was doing and he said asking for money he is very poor and needs some help so he handed me a 5-dollar bill and I put it in his cup. The reason I put this in my story is now when I go to the Cardinals games I do that before every game. Now we arrive to the gates and they made us take out everything in our pockets and we had to walk through a metal detector to get in, then handed the older lady our tickets so she could scan them. We were finally in and we walk to our seats and when I sat down and looked at the field for the first time in person I finally understood how My dad could feel so strongly about this game. I feel in love with the field, the fans, jumbotron, and all the little bells and whistles that came along with it. They introduced the starting lineups for both teams and the only player I knew was our superstar at the time Albert Pujols and when they called his name and he ran out the crowd when absolutely insane, I have never seen or heard anything like it in my
Ask yourself “if I could take a trip ANYWHERE where would I go” well, I asked myself the same question where would I go? Here is my answer, I would go to the Bahamas because I think that I need to try something new. I think that if I went to the Bahamas then i would try everything because i am very deprived as in i don’t take advantage of the things i could be doing.
new people as well as see new cultures. It has always been a dream of mine to travel
One place I would absolutely love to see again is Washington D.C. I went there once with my parents and my brother. On the way to Washington D.C. we had stopped at Georgia and North Carolina and stayed at each place for a few days. When we went, we stayed at my dad’s cousin’s house. Since my dad’s cousin lived in Washington D.C. we didn’t have to drive everywhere, so we just walked. So, while we were staying in D.C., we saw a lot of different sights. For example, we saw Lincoln’s Memorial, Washington’s Memorial, and even saw the White House. While we were there we also checked out a bunch of historical museums.
Imagine, the aroma of lavender floating through a breeze, the deep blue sky underlining the fields of bright purple and soft lilac .Take a deep breath. This is not just a fantasy captured by van Gough but South of France itself.
On the boat, we could see different buildings, museums and the Eiffel Tower. On the tour, we also passed under some of the famous bridges in Paris. Two of the buildings I remember viewing were the Louvre, and Norte Dame. From the boat, I could also see the Louvre pyramid which sits in the courtyard of the Louvre Palace. The Louvre Pyramid is a large glass and metal pyramid, surrounded by three smaller pyramids. The larger pyramid is the main entrance to the Louvre Museum. At night, the pyramid lights up, the glass panels reflex the light and lights up the area so bright as if it were sunset. The Louvre Museum is a beautiful old looking building that is huge; it is the size of about seven and a half football fields. The outside looks like a castle, and ha...
One of my greatest hobbies is travelling the globe and I love to see new places. I enjoy experiencing new environment and culture. There are many countries to visit around the world and each country has something unique to offer. In every country, there are many beautiful places to see and tradition to learn. However, the country I have always wanted to visit is Italy. Italy is located in Europe and it is famous for its ancient history, architectural heritage, culture and even food. It is my dream to visit Italy with my family one day.
This city with 2000 years of history can boast the cobblestone streets, two Roman amphitheaters and old city called Vieux Lyon, with the clear Renaissance influences. Apart from this, there are many interesting museums and antique markets. If you’re planning a trip with your family or friends, renting a 4 doors luxury sedan is a perfect choice if you’re looking for balance of luxury and affordability. Opt for Audi A6 TDI and get ready to explore the interior of France. It’s surprisingly efficient and it leaves smaller carbon print which means that you’ll be eco conscious while enjoying the premium
