According to Fiala, Arlt, and Arltova (2014), project portfolios are used by organizations to identify, define, and examine possible project opportunities to be completed within a company. As a company grows and develops, it is critical to the success of an organization to carefully choose only projects that will promote and expand their organizational goals. Once a company decides to start a project, the company must be ready to commit employee time and company resources to the selected project in order to successfully complete the project. As outlined by Fiala, Arlt, and Arltova (2014), successful project completion is achieved through “the discipline of planning, organizing, securing and managing resources” (p. 455). Therefore, it is critical for companies to only select projects within their portfolios that accomplish their goals and can financially afford. Commonly known as the Roman Road, God has laid out the basics for unbelievers to understand and experience His love. The first step to understand there is only one God who created everything. According to Romans 1:20, “for since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that people are without excuse” (NIV). The second step is to understand we have all sinned and cannot get to heaven on our own. According to Romans 3:23, “for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God” (NIV). Finally, if we confess our sins and believe that Jesus died for sins, He will forgive us of our sins and save our souls. According to Romans 10:9, “if you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved”
