• The collaboration with the contracting team members would also be made to know the finest of details of the items of work. Sparing the execution work, I would like to take my hands on other departments also.
• The Quality department which deals with maintaining the overall productivity of the works and sets out the ethics to be followed will be dealt with. The defects in the buildings are to be analysed and appropriate solutions or rectifications would be understood.
• The Tender and Contract division of the project would also be taken upon. The contract is a mutual assent by two or more firms/persons, one making an offer and other accepting it.
