Not so long ago, my wife and I celebrated our fifth wedding anniversary. After the dinner she prepared for the occasion (with whole lotta love, obviously), while we laughed on all the silly things we did while together, she showed me her secret box of emotional memorabilia: the first love letter I wrote her, the withered (but well kept) rose I bought for her on our firs date, even the ticket of the first Bon Jovi concert we saw as a couple. Every tiny item that was somehow part of our relationship was in there. After all these years of togetherness, only one look in the contents of that simple but precious box filled my eyes with tears and I realized, once again, how much I love her.
