Political:
As being a big food industry, having the key elements like political barriers, Tax, safety, importing and exporting etc.
Safety:

As based on the employees interest the Hubbard foods the good standards in creating the good image by focus and involved in the terms of the work to the company

This is the best way to approach the customers by providing the health tips

The Hubbard’s Company plays a pivotal role by proving the health tips and benefits and asking them to be in proper health
Motivation:
It’s the inspiration for an employee in terms of work for being perfect in completing his task.

Hubbard provides the bonus to the employees so that they can smoothly involve in the organization work.

This sort of plan is done by the middle level of organization for giving order to the lower level management
Example:
By giving certain information for the employees in providing the facilities and their by giving proper shifts and providing them work and hours

These plans can be done by the lower level organization in order to give the actions to middle level organization

In order to terms of having and decision in the budget for the manufacturing and finishing the final product by the middle level management.
