If you have ever felt like you have had a brother or sister, you could possibly be correct, because research has proven that there has been 56,993,299 abortions since 1973, and it has not stopped ever since. Abortion rates are high these days and many have tried to stop it. I agree with them because the rate of abortion is 2,900 per day, 137 per hour, and 2.3 per minute. Even with all the protests, the rate just goes higher and higher. By 8 weeks, the babies start to look like an actual human being, and that is upsetting because just imagine that a miniature human being is looking at you while you kill it and take it out of its mother just because she did not want it. I believe we should get rid of abortion. To begin, the most used reason

How would you feel if someone took away your ability to live and have a future? You wouldn't have the opportunity to crawl, take your first step, have your first kiss, or experience those butterflies in your stomach at the sight of first love. Millions of special moments, a life, shredded to pieces. This is essentially what abortion does. Abortion is not the answer in the case of an unplanned pregnancy and needs to be stopped! First of all, abortion is a type of unnecessary murder that occurs in inhumane ways and cannot be tolerated. Moreover, there are alternatives to abortion and many families who are looking to adopt. Lastly, the side effects of abortion can cause life threatening health risks to the mother. Excuses will always be made, but the bottom line is that abortion is not acceptable and should be stopped.
Did you know that in the United States an abortion occurs every 25 seconds? This equates to 137 abortions per hour or 3,300 abortions every day, which is more that 1.3 million abortions every year! Abortion has always been a controversial topic and even more so since the 1973 Roe vs. Wade Supreme Court ruling. Most people have very strong opinions about abortion and inadvertently form their opinions without knowing all of the facts. Abortion should be abolished because it is killing innocent human beings, causes health risks in women, and defies the religious and ethical standards of our country.
Many people who don’t know much about abortion don’t know how truly horrifying and serious it is. There are many small details about the baby that could change a woman’s mind in an instant on whether or not they think abortion is the way to go. Women usually don’t realize how it works or what exactly is happening to the baby. They usually think to themselves that it isn’t really a baby or a human form yet, but they are wrong. The baby has already developed fingers, eyelids, a brain, knees, and many other human features by just only seven weeks into the pregnancy (What your baby). Unborn developing babies are much more “human” tha...
An abortion is a surgical removal of a fetus. In some cases, women may not want to go through the surgical part and just want the pill or remove the child. I am not for aborting a child and I say this because a fetus is an unharmed child even if the child was brought into this world as an accident or even on purpose. Just imagine if someone was killing you right now! While you are alive as the beating of your heart beat per second and all of a sudden there is a crucible pain. To me it should not be legal, if it very miserable and disgusting. Abortions should only be preformed if there is a serious problem. Not just because you do not want a child because there are other options like adoptions. Carrying around a child for nine months and not being able to have the baby in your presence may seem like a waste of time. I feel that once you find the right foster parents, then everything will fall into place and you will fall back into you comfort
You may ask yourself, is abortion moral or immoral, is it politically correct, is it legal? The answer to that is in the process of being solved. Day by day politicians and the United States congress are debating that same question. Do you really want to kill thousands of fetuses each year? Those fetuses would soon turn into little babies, whom would turn into kids, and those kids will soon turn into the future of the United States, those adults will then be the leaders of America. Abortion remains and will always be one of the topics discussed in the U.S. courtrooms.
...ur no matter the circumstance, but abortion also affects the lives of many people around the baby, and implants the idea into the minds of the children of the next generation that murder is completely acceptable. Abortion is the extermination of an innocent baby that has no discretion in this major decision his mother has put on them to struggle for his own life in a hopeless manner that eventually results in his death. The process that a huge number of women are putting their bodies and thus their child’s body through is painful, disgusting, and insulting. Society desperately needs to further research the action of abortion and express the truth of the matter. Once society has done that, there can be no doubt that this cruel idea will be terminated as a legal process and hopefully be put to a complete stop. It is time for America to take action and tell the truth.
Every time a baby is conceived it is another miracle God has given to us. But lately the miracles God has given to us, have been destroyed. Since 1973, when abortion was legalized in the United States, more than 57 million babies have been destroyed violently in some way. These pre-born babies have been denied their most basic right of all, the right to life. By being denied their right to life, the Declaration of Independence calls this an unalienable right. In the United States alone there is about 2.3 abortions taking place every minute of the day. Just think that is 137 abortions per hour and 2,900 abortions in one single day ("Abortion Statistics”). Abortion should be illegal across the world because it is the taking of innocent lives
I believe that women have the right to have abortions. Their body is their own to do with what they please. Although most people do not know their situation, the woman would know whats right for herself. For instance, not being able to take care of the baby psychically and emotionally. Some may argue that abortions for raped victims is a horrific idea however, those who have not experienced the physical and emotional damage should not have a say in what she should do with her body.
Another argument is made with the previous point: instead of abortion, have somebody adopt the child. I do not think that this is a good idea because the world is already overpopulated, and I feel that we shouldn’t have to try and help every single person live just because they have the right to live. I know this sounds heartless, but we are slowly running out of natural resources, and having a world that is rapidly increasing in human population will only worsen matters. If a woman does not want to go through the process of being pregnant and trying to decide what to do with the child if she cannot keep it, then she should have the choice to get an abortion.
Abortion is a topic that many people do not like to discuss. There are over 700,000 unborn children in the United States annually so I believe now is the time we stop avoiding the topic and look at the facts leading to this increasing
Every human has the right to live, right? The people who are for abortion has already been born. A person is a person no matter how small. For clarification, abortion is the termination of pregnancy by removing a fetus or embryo before it can survive outside the uterus. Abortion is murder. The effects of abortion could cause psychological disorders. Women have the privilege to do whatever they please with their bodies, but an infant considers a human. Especially for religious purposes, abortion shouldn’t be an option.
Abortion is defined as the termination of pregnancy by the removal or expulsion from the uterus of a fetus or embryo prior to being capable of normal growth. Abortion has been one of the biggest controversies of all time. There are those who believe it is immoral and consider it to be murder. These pro-life supporters do not know that if abortion were illegal they would still be performed, unfortunately by an uneducated staff. Unsafe abortions are responsible for the deaths of 78, 000 woman each year. Forcing a woman to undergo an unsafe abortion violates her right to life. Every woman should have the opportunity to determine if they would want to keep their child or abort it. In todays society there are a growing number of teenagers having children who are still incapable of raising a child of their own due to the fact that they are still trying to find their own way of life. In most cases the child ends up living a life that isn’t to its benefit. Abortion eliminates the risk of all those tragedies happening. The problem shouldn’t be killing an egg that isn’t fully evolved into a baby, the problem should be having children but later neglecting or mistreating them to the point where they cant be a happy child.
One of the main reasons why abortions should be illegal is because its like another form of murder. For example; In some states like Indiana if you kill a pregnant women you go to prison for two murder cases. It then makes no sense then if you can go get an abortion and kill an innocent child born or not and not get in any trouble. Also when the baby is first conceived if it be planned or not it has a heartbeat so it is alive so when you when you have an abortion you're hurting the baby and killing it while is inside of you instead of you letting it grow and letting it go to a happy family that would love and take care of the baby.
First, I feel that abortion should be illegal because it can result in medical complications and also psychological trauma. It can cause premature birth and could also cause a baby to be handicapped in future pregnancies. A woman who has had an abortion is 2.3 times more likely to get cervical, ovarian, and or liver cancer. Abortion is the cause of 47,000 woman’s death yearly. It can cause depression for at
