The play Hamlet written by William Shakespeare, revolves around Hamlet the prince of Denmark. Who seeks revenge for his fathers death. He want to eliminate his uncle, who is root of all the problem. Although he had good intentions, he hurt his loved ones in the process of fulfilling his fathers wishes. The characters of the play caused many disorders, trying to bring back the order. In the play, the beginning starts of with a mild disorder, increases in the middle and ending with order. The beginning of the play shows disorder with the ghost being seen around the castle walls. Also the uncertainty of Norway attacking Denmark and Hamlet finding out that his father was murdered by none other than his uncle. The middle of the play, shows an increase of …show more content…

Right after, he hears the whole story he orders four soldiers “Let four captains” to carry Hamlet to the stage. He says that Hamlet would have been a great king if he had a chance to prove himself "For he was likely, had he been put on, To have proved most royally." This shows order, because instead of just burying Hamlet. He recognizes that Hamlet was just trying to avenge his father and to restore balance in Denmark. In addition, the new ruler of Denmark (Fortinbras) is not lead by his ambition or greed for power. Which is why he makes a good ruler to lead Denmark.

In conclusion, the play showed many disorders caused by the characters. All the characters want order to be restored, but ultimately their actions cause even more disorder to be created. The play ended with tragedies such as the whole death of the royal family. But the peace in Denmark is restored with the elimination of Claudius who cause the disorder in the first place. Fortinbras, is not led by ambition that he can rule Denmark without causing any
