How Does Michael Jackson Music Influence Society

Anyone born within the last one hundred years is familiar with one of the greatest icons of lyrical music of the late 20th and early 21st centuries. Michael Jackson. While he passed away in june of 2009. Jackson’s music still inspires people across every inch of the globe. The songs of which I have chosen to rate are “Man In The Mirror” (1987) and “Earth Song” (1995.) Most of Michael’s music represents a need for social change or a ploy for a greater good of society.

The 1987 album “Bad” is home to the song “Man In The Mirror”. A song that Jackson is well known for performing. This song explains the needs of society, that society is not a fair balance. The songs title speaks a message to the audience.; In order to move towards a progressive state we need to look at ourselves, or in the words of Michael Jackson we need to look at the “ Man In The Mirror”

This song is witness to the events that are causing destruction among different civilizations.
