Steve Jobs was a brilliant inventor, entrepreneur, and leader. His passion was evident in his inventions. His ideas never ceased to amaze apple and society as a whole. The juxtaposition of time before the iPhone and time after speaks volumes on his impact to society. “It had changed the high-tech industry, particularly Apple. By the end of 2005, Apple Computer had sold more than 42million iPods at prices ranging from $99 to $599.”( Steven Levy pg. 3). The iPod was a complete success by the innovation of storing large quantities of music into such a tiny gadget. This was a device that devastated the population with a great jump in technology. People worldwide adored the ability to carry this small iPod around with the greatest of ease. Society has forever changed because of the iPod. The iPod has changed how most purchase music too. With the interlocking combination of iTunes, Steve Jobs was able to create such multi-accessible information with the ability to organize our music, create preferences, mix/mash variety, and find some music not normally found in stores.
