How Being Outside Affects The Human Mind

During my last semester in high school I probed a question that has been pushing me to answer since I was young. The question of how it feels to be outside and how it relates to the human mind. Like I said in my anecdote, I’ve grown up in a separated family and never traveled much to anywhere. At those times, it was rough and hard to keep up, but now that I am older I can accomplish my questions and answer them though my abilities and curiosities. Through my last semester of high school, I’ve accomplish and explored my idea. Since I started this anthology I researched many websites and visited many places throughout Los Angeles from February to May. Over spring break, I went to San Francisco with my family. The trip was wonderful and exciting. Witnessing new areas and being outside I could gain more about how outside is important to the human mind. Part of my issue I have not been confident in my actions or even in participating in class. I’ve found that being outside I could make new friends are spark conversations with people on the bus rides. I became more confident speaking to people as I was outside. In my research on the web many studies show that being outside increases your brain's function since its always thinking between the many things you see outside your neutron spread and connect more. Thus, it can also increase creativity between school and work. Researchers from Journal of Experimental Psychology, found that taking a stroll outside can benefits people creativity and confidence (Wise). Being outside can boost people's confidence and creativity by just taking a walk near your house or driving. Since being outside can boost confidence it overalls makes life healthier.
