Proposal for Action Goals and Objectives for the Project
Statement of Goals

The primary goal is to seek additional funding for homeless service providers that offer programs that can address the immediate needs of homeless individuals and needy families in the community such as an open kitchen in addition, to continuing to support all programs that offer permanent housing options which are conducive towards getting their clients out of homelessness. The secondary goal is to make the community aware of the homelessness problem in the City of Springfield. Outcome Objectives
The first outcome objective is an open-kitchen for the needy. The process objective is to develop an open-kitchen for the service provider. The task to be carried out is to write a grant for fundraising to build the open-kitchen. The people and roles responsible are the grant writer and the project manager. The place for the project is the existing basement of the service provider. The anticipated time for the beginning of the project is June 2016 and expected completion December 2016. The Executive Director’s authorization is required for starting the project. It is projected that upon project completion, the number of meals served to homeless individuals and needy families by the program will increase from 90,000 to 150,000 within a year of project completion, and the service provider will monitor the progress on a monthly basis. The resources needed for the project will come from the grant and other fundraising activities detailed in the budget. A preliminary budget for the Open-Kitchen Project will be included in the
