SVEUČILIŠTE U ZAGREBU FAKULTET ELEKTROTEHNIKE I RAČUNARSTVA SEMINAR Izrada transmisijskog holograma Martin Tomac Voditelj: Ana Sović Zagreb, travanj, 2014. Sadržaj 1. Uvod 1 2. Seminarski rad 2 3. Zaključak 3 4. Literatura 4 5. ... middle of paper ... Kako obasjavamo, uzorak rekonstruira drugu zraku.
It draws the attention of the readers using different techniques and personal experiences of the author. A single photograph of Miodownik having tea on a rooftop garden is used at the start of each new chapter and provides evidence of the importance of the material that will be presented in that chapter. When writing the chapter about plastic Miodownik incorporates a screenplay that he wrote as a means to explain the importance of plastic to the cinema. The use of this screenplay is amusing and engaging for the reader, which helps to relive some of the exhausting details behind the material properties of plastic.
Technology has played a major role in the way we act and the way we are. Technology in the two stories “The Veldt” and “In Another Country” showed us that it is inadequate to society. In these two stories the authors showed how technology is affecting the youth by separating these young people from friends and family. Furthermore, it was shown that technology is used in the sense for making people to become farther apart rather than coming together as a whole.
The Holocaust refers to all the actions that were carried out by the Nazi regime against the Jews in Germany between 1933 and 1945. The Holocaust Artifacts are artifacts that bear out the stories of the victims of the Holocaust and are displayed in Museums. Material artifacts of the Holocaust are a powerful signifier of the Nazi era. This is because they carry and convey the materials trace of authentic experience (Stier 10). The question of the research is to find out using the Holocaust authentic artifacts, whether they bring us closer to experiencing the Holocaust and at the same time to confirm that the Jews really underwent a terrible suffering
...thnography. The images used in this are bringing about the meaning to its audience. The CVM is applied to interpret the images in both ethnographic and auto ethnographic techniques for better understanding. The drawbacks from the methodological design show the importance not only in photography, but also in communication, culture, education and media studies.
The exhibition highlights works addressing time, memories and displacements; also the relationship between human body and the material world. It includes early textile based pieces from the 1980s. Her works combined performances in videos. Themes of consumption, greed inequality and life as a spectacle are explored through a vibrantly colored media. Kimsooja is an internationally acclaimed conceptual multimedia artist. Throughout her various works, she shows interest identity, migration and common bonds that binds all the people. She believed in equality whatever be the language, tradition and culture. She is renowned for her unique creative art, which makes use of colorful fabrics in an innovative way.

Virtual reality (VR) entails the utilization of advanced technologies, as well as computers and numerous transmission peripherals, to provide a simulated (i.e., virtual) atmosphere that users understand as cherish universe objects and events. With the help of specially designed transducers and sensors, users act with displayed pictures, moving and manipulating virtual objects, and acting different actions in an exceedingly manner that engenders a sense of actual presence (immersion) within the simulated atmosphere. this is often accomplished by having the simulation suits movements of the user’s body, so the sensory cues invariably correspond to what users would expect were they acting the action within the universe. for instance, the software package ensures that the visual scene is often applicable to the actual direction during which the user happens to be wanting. Visual feedback is usually supplemented by auditive cues that seem to stay specially locations freelance of changes in head position and also the presentation of befittingly regular somatosense, interoception and proprioception data. The distinctive options and suppleness of VR provides it extraordinary potential to be used in work-related applications. It permits users to expertise and act with a life-like model or atmosphere, in safety and at convenient times, whereas providing a degree of management over the simulation that's sometimes insufferable within the real-life scenario. The work-related applications that seem to be most promising area unit people who use computer game for visualisation and illustration, distance communication and education, active coaching, and orientation and navigation.
Beginning as a novelty in a handful of big cities like New York, Paris, London and Berlin (Nowell-Smith, 1997). This new form of entertainment soon gained a lot of attention from the audience and more people became interested in watching films, which was merely moving images on a screen without any form of narration or dialogue. The more sizably voluminous number of the audience showed interest, which resulted in a trend. Over the years, cinema has transformed a lot from moving images to the 3D and 4D cinema, which are being made
Computer Generated Images, or CGI, is a form of Computer Graphics design, and animations, that make a image look 3D. These images are shown all throughout the media world, industry, and business, such as print media, tv, movies, pictures, commercials, etc. CGI’s have improved rapidly on software that helps our world improve on computer generated imaging. CGI software’s is used to make graphical design for purposes like movies in the theater. CGI companies and software’s, has made the technology age, and its computer has increase in speeds, and has allowed computer graphics programmers, and other companies, to make better quality films, games, and electronic digital photos on their CPU’s, or laptops. Because of the new advancement in software technology in CGI, and graphics designing, it has brought new internet religious cultures, its own new experiences, such as celebrities, and newer technological vocabulary. Technology advancement has increased so much that CGI’s has lead to the new beginning or era of virtual cinema photography.
At the beginning, virtual reality try to make people understand that itself has the ability for a great medium, new entertainment and also very powerful type of art (Bates, 1991). Besides, according to Encyclopedia of Virtual Environments, 2006, they defined the virtual reality is a human-computer interface in which the computer creates a sensory-immersing environment that interactively responds to and is controlled by the behavior of the user. Virtual reality is popular in many areas such as education, architecture and entertainment. The most noticeable in virtual reality is in entertainment application. Through the idea that was presented by Ivan Sutherland, 1965, virtual reality can mimic our real life to make the world look real, sound real, feel real and realistically to the viewer’s actions. Virtual reality can immerse in 3D visual world (Jessica, 2002). Virtual reality with the computer can simulate the three dimensional image and environment. It can be seen real when it is interact with physical way by person that using electric equipment like gloves and helmet. Example of the game is kinect for xbox 360 that we can use our body to become the controller. Kinect sensor also can track our movement such as jump or dance. Besides that, it is like we can explore the game world like mountain, a long river and big aquarium. In addition we are allowed to choose which avatar we want. The movement of the avatar is the same as we do because the avatar can detect the movement of the real person through sensor.
Preservation of collections mainly from shoes all over the world, where you can see all kinds of shoes with a long history, and shoes donated by celebrities, you can learn in the past decade, people choose the shoes on their feet how to show their identity. This experience expressed the Arts the shoe is products of the human imagination, shoes through the ages to show a culture of the world, in the museum includes almost every kind of cultural heritage from around the world, when people manufacturing the shoes, we must first understand, use, comfort, and shoes beautiful.
The term Laser is an acronym that of Light Amplification by Simulated Emission of Electromagnetic Radiation. These lasers have many applications in many different industries around the world. However, with new uses constantly being developed lasers are proving to be extremely beneficial to the world of medicine in particular. From laser imaging and disease diagnosis to curing and treating illnesses that were not curable previously. Medical lasers have already saved many lives worldwide.
”‘Manufactured’ or staged photography does not concern me. And if I make a judgment it can only be on a psychological or sociological level. There are those that take photographs arranged beforehand and those who go out to discover the image and seize it. For me the camera is a sketchbook, an instrument of intuition and spontaneity, the master of the instant which, in visual terms, questions and decides simultaneously. In order to ‘give a meaning’ to the world, one has to feel oneself involved in what one frames through the viewfinder. This attitude requires concentration, a discipline of mind, and a sense of
The influence of the electronic devices, multimedia and computers are the things that dealt with our daily life. Especially the internet that is now giving more importance to each and every one, by giving the newest outstanding media that surely will give the outmost future ahead of us. (Temmel)
