This description shows characteristics that we acquire from the environment and from the relationship with others. The first value dimension is collectivistic or individualistic values. This culture mixes some aspects of individualistic and collectivistic culture, because people have collective values when interact with their families and communities, but people look for their own interest in the society. People take advantage of the opportunities and do not care about others. Second dimension of Hofstede is uncertainty avoidance.
