The origin of Humanities dates back to the prehistoric period, and continues through to the birth of civilization. realizing that looking at history from a humanities perspective is a view from a different standpoint.<(repetitive,) (One may have to scrutinize certain aspects objectively, and try to understand them from the aspect of their time or see them as putting this era or others like a jigsaw puzzle linking the past to the present).<(repetitive,) (“To understand this era, one may have to objectively view the past as a jigsaw puzzle that is correspondent to the present.) By taking a look at civilizations throughout the world it is easy to see some of the influences they have on cultures today. (Try not to use words more than once in a sentence)
Gloria Fiero’s “The Humanistic Tradition” describes many of the first civilizations and their legacy for people to read with the ability to interpret it for how it is. Fiero also includes readings and their translation from ancient civilizations and the interpretations help us see how they affect today’s social, cultural, and political beliefs. (Initially, one may see the items that Fiero puts in is)<(consider removing) “The Song of Creation” from Rig Veda, is a story about life being created and how life came before the awareness of gods. The story implies that the sun created life and before life, there was darkness, an explanation as to why early civilization worshipped the sun while others may see the ramifications of this, and people still value in a heaven and a hell, but society still does not know how it started, while some undoubtingly believe in the Big Bang Theory. <(Run-on sentence)

In conclusion some of these practices helped shaped some of the modern worlds system of certain practices, and beliefs on politics, religions, agricultural, and architectural. Over many centuries these and other civilizations are looked at for almost a system of how to do certain tasks, and while being looked at society can see what went wrong with the system, and try to use it avoiding the errors that occurred while focusing on the positive of parts and avoiding the negative.
