And the first flight departing form Changi Airport on the same day was SQ 192, bounded for Penang, Malaysia at 8.00 am according to the local time. Even though Changi Airport was a big airport and took a lot of efforts but it had its some minor problems while operating its first day. As great success comes after tracking down every problem and obstacles thoroughly its roots. Changi Airport had faced minor problems. Despite of the fact that there were 120 temporary female guides everywhere walking up and down one of the passenger boyfriend got lost in the airport. Meanwhile Fight information display board went through some technical malfunctions in the middle of the day. Due to which two more main display got affected in the departure lounge and in the baggage claim area and there were handwritten sign board put up for the passenger’s facilities. Worst of the day was at the immigration counter there were only 29 officers when it had to have around 36 officers in the three shifts due which the passengers of the flight SQ 101 Malaysian had to wait for long hours in the long queue line just to clear airport immigration procedures.
