Most people set goals in their first year of high school, by the time that they graduate they should have a clear understanding of what they want to accomplish in life. Developing a goal is to visualize and plan ahead of what you're setting yourself for the future. However, there will be times that they tend to not be able to commit to those plans or they may have encounter some difficulties visualizing their schedules. As a result, it became unorganized and it leads to procrastination. My goals for these two months are to subdue stress, care for my physical well being, and to get involved in the work field. I wish to subdue my stress because I tend to get stress out easily with just simple things.

Taking one step at a time of changing my life by particular everyday activities like walking in the morning. In my teenaged years I lived almost an hour away walking distance from school. I didn't know how to take the bus but I didn't mind walking far distance. Infact it helped me with my health, and classes throughout the school years. Such as when I was attending Del Vallejo middle school while I lived in Glasgow Ave, almost fivity minutes walk mornings and afternoons during those three years. When strolling by myself in the morning helps diminish the tension along with stress throughout my body. During the walks in the mornings I have time to myself so I tend to mentally arrange my plans or visualize my schedule for the day. Afternoon walks give me time to think to solve my problem that may have been facing at home or at school as well as personal issues. Walking was my only personal time of sorting out After walking Smooth the flow throughout my body result keep it harmonious and serene in mind and body. Maintaining my hunger by keeping track of what I ate. Avoiding surgery snack; junk food such as chips, chocolates, gummies, and soda. Throughout these semesters I haven’t kept track or record of what kind of food I consume. Having a job means that becoming independent and learning responsibilities of my life such as to taking care of myself. Managing my money as in paying bills, taxes, and inservices. Including necessary essential like womanly hygiene products, and groceries. I can be organize and keep track of my money by a section of cabinet of bill to be pay, recent collected, mails to be send along with the time and date for each important documents I send or receive. I will also be very busy between school and work, so I have to spend my time efficiently, scheduling; first, wake at six in the morning stretching or doing yoga, putting on the outfit that I set before going to bed, then make breakfast or make coffee. Then, classes start at nine thirty ends at one o’clock the afternoon then thirty minute break. Next studying at the student success center, writing center, or library at one thirty to four o’clock. Then at five I would go to work, go home to study or clean, and then make dinner. Lastly, lay out clothes hat I wear tomorrow and get ready to go to
