Healthy eating is not only important for your diet, it 's also important as a part of your personal well-being. Eating healthy can drastically improve your physical fitness, allow you to feel better about yourself, and do wonders for your health. Healthy eating doesn 't mean you have to follow a strict diet, or give up foods you love. First of my eating habits need to change with the lifestyle I have. Secondly, I’m going to talk about what’s my main vice. At last mentioning “My Body Mass Index” that indicates a female body by age. You just need to balance the amount and types of foods you eat to obtain all the necessary nutrients. It 's a good idea to limit the fattening foods such as fast food you don 't necessarily have to completely avoid them.
My overall eating habits have been eating junk food for some weird reason. It all started when I started my classes in the morning and afternoon. I 'm sitting all day, so my only expectations is to eat while I listen and learn. This is one of the many reason’s my weight control is not normal. I would not be able to leave this alone for a long time. I have tried, but it 's basically the only drink that gets me up and going all day. A year ago I could have drank a 2 liter or more, now I stop at a store and think to myself which one would be better. I tend to look at the Coca Cola, but then again I say to myself “Do you really need it” I can try Sprite today and later on I’ll get a Coke or something better. What everybody would love to say and follow as well, it is difficult but it 's for your own health. For example, now that I been attending the gym my body has more energy and I don’t need any soda or energy drinks that could affect my physical appearance or
