A Healthy Approach
It's important that you are positive about your future, and one of the things that comes with retirement and the future is aging. Your body will age, as will your mind. You will start to notice differences where bits sag and you suddenly can't remember why you walked into the living room. While it's important to exercise and eat well, it's just as important to consider your mental health.

Your mental health is influenced by your diet and by your physicall health, too, but your outlook has a lot to do with it, too. So, by looking after everything else, maintaining your activities, and living a happy life you are protecting your mental health, too.
