7. PROPOSED KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT CONCEPTUAL FRAME-WORK This section describes a proposed integrated knowledge management framework (Figure 4) based on Wang Qifeng et al. Knowledge Manage-ment for Manufacturing Process. The proposed framework composed of healthcare knowledge lifecycle layer, healthcare business layer, healthcare process layer, and the strategic performance meas-urement layer will form the mainline of the integrat-ed Knowledge Management [10, 11]

Healthcare Knowledge Management operation mode based on knowledge lifecycle Clinical pathway guidelines, decision support tools and the social network tools etc. Most of the health care knowledge is from the operation in healthcare business layer and the deep analysis and mining on the healthcare data, on the other hand, such healthcare knowledge are used in the specific busi-ness context to support the problem solving and knowledge innovation for healthcare process[11]
The healthcare business layer can be effectively in-tegrated in the healthcare process knowledge man-agement operation layer based on knowledge lifecy-cle, and multiple healthcare management ap-proaches, platforms and technologies which are used to discover, store, apply and evaluate knowledge for Healthcare process in this layer to realize the knowledge management in healthcare

process and improve the healthcare ability and in-novation abilities in healthcare process.

The second stage: Knowledge is gathered from inner and outer environment of the healthcare enter-prises, and tacit knowledge from various healthcare practitioners group is gathered. The original knowledge which is different in data structure and representation; need to be organized and classified, tag specific information which are important for bet-ter organize and manage the knowledge and conven-iently use it in future. The healthcare knowledge can be classified as document knowledge, Patient knowledge, Clinical guidelines, healthcare business process knowledge, or on various classification models which can be devised according to the spe-cialties and the context of use etc. Finally, use dif-ferent ways to store the knowledge considering its characteristics using the best way to store the knowledge using relational DBMS or file system
