Health care system world widely is a very important issue. According to WHO is that a good health system delivers quality services to all people, when and where they need them. The exact configuration of services fluctuates from country to country, but in all cases requires a stable financing mechanism such are a well-trained and adequately paid workforce; reliable information on which to base decisions and policies; well maintained facilities and logistics to deliver quality medicines and health (WHO a) That says it all in my opinion. Good attentions to provide health care world widely. The concept of health is very complex. We all understand the meaning of it in different ways. Health care system in Finland is a foregone conclusion in many aspects. In this task it is suppose to introduce health care systems in three countries. One developed, one undeveloped and our country. I chose to introduce beside Finland, also Afghanistan and Norway. The reason I chose Afghanistan is my current workplace. I work as a military nurse in Finnish Defence Forces, and I have many colleges (soldiers) who are at this moment in Afghanistan to protect peace and helping reconstructing Afghanistan. It is going to be an interesting journey to try find out a little bit more of the health care system there. And why I chose Norway? During the many years of being a nurse I have heard many times how in Norway everything is better then here in Finland. So I looked up from the internet just seeking some information and it sounded quite interesting health care system that they have. It is going to be interesting to compare health care systems of Finland and of Norway. So, are there going to be similarities or are there just differences between countries 2. It is one of the basic needs for everybody. It is quite sad, that it isn’t so especially in undeveloped countries. And there are many countries which includes in that category. During this task I was thinking health care system both globally and locally. Undeveloped countries are in position that needs our attention. I have to be grateful of what kind of health care system we have here in Finland. Even though sometimes we have to wait a bit to get medical assistance, and not always you get what you want from public health, think of those in great need who doesn’t get help at all because current situation on nation.

Nowadays, one of the challenges facing by the health care providers is providing appropriate care and identifying their needs in a cost effective and comprehensive way without compromising the quality of care. We simply do not know enough about healthcare to form a judicious opinion on it. Healthcare is the number one field that is always changing and the changes are so vast that most cannot keep up with them. Many American’s, myself included have a hard time understanding the altering healthcare field and are always struggling to keep up with the modifications.

(5) Equitable: healthcare quality that does not vary because of race, gender, ethnicity, geographical location, or socioeconomically status. (6) Safe: healthcare that minimizes harm and risks to patients. (Bengoa, 2006)
Primary health care is the indispensable care based on the real – world, systematically sound, socially adequate technique and technology which made unanimously available to the families and every individuals in the community through their fully involvement where the community is capable to afford at a cost to uphold at every phase of their growth in the essence of self-reliance and self-government. Primary health care in international health is associated with the global conference held at Alma Ata in 1978; the conference that promoted the initiative health for all by the year 2000. “Primary health care defined broadly at Alma Ata emphasized universal health care across to all individuals and families , encouraged participation by community members in all aspects of health care planning and implementation and promoted the delivery of care that would be scientifically sound , technically effective , socially relevant and acceptable” (Janice E.Hitchcock,2003). Primary health care is commonly viewed as a level of care or as the entry point to the health care system for its client. It can also taken to mean a particular approach to care which is concerned with containing care, accessibility, community involvement and collaboration between other sectors. The primary health care policy has some principals that have been designed to work together and be implemented simultaneously to bring about a better health outcome for the entire society.
To achieve vision 2030, health sector is a key pillar through provision of accessible, quality and relevant health services to have a healthy workforce. Increasing allocation of resources, improvement in health personnel and facilities, better health management are among the strides made. However, challenges still exist due to infrastructural constraints, inadequate human resources, increasing cost of medical care, financial constraints, HIV/AIDS Pandemic, increasing non communicable diseases and high poverty levels.

Poor Medical Health care is a critical problem that has to end, as studies about it showed that adults in the United States receive half of the needed health care services (EA & RH, 2001), and not only adults but also all types of citizens including children, if this problem did not end deaths of people will significantly increase (Cecere, 2009).
