Harvesting a Killer

Dr. Mark Ravensdale was a tall man on the hefty side with a rather horrible fashion sense. Left to his own devices, he would wear khaki shorts, a button up, and a tie with sneakers. His wife was generally okay with that, except when her husband had his fake appointments. Then, she would dress him up in a suit and tie with classy shoes.
When Dr. Ravensdale made a house call, she would make sure to send him with a plastic body suit so he wouldn't get blood on his clothing and also so that he wouldn't leave much evidence behind when he gutted his patient and stripped the meat off them.
Of course, none of his patients knew his real name. They each knew him by a different name, but the patient he was seeing tonight, Mary, knew him as Dr. Ian Walker.
He kissed his wife goodbye after she made sure he had everything with him and walked out the door with an oddly thick briefcase. Dr. Walker hailed a cab and had the driver bring him to a store a couple of blocks from Mary's flat. He went in and bought a couple of seasonings for appearances sake and because his wife had mentioned they were running low on them. Then, he made his way to Mary's flat, humming a pleasant tune.
He wasn't aware that Mary was babysitting at her friend’s house for the night. He rang the buzzer with his gloved finger and waited, looking around casually.
It had been ten days since Mary had murdered her father. It was planned, but at the same one it was so sudden. Mane knew how she wanted to kill him and she was sure eventually she would.
Dr. Walker was helping her gain confidence and with the friendship she'd made with John at the surgery, she was starting to believe she could stand up and defend herself.
It was one unfortunate night when she'd heard that he had...

...fant who didn’t trust him.
“There we go, champ.” He smiled as the little boy started to eat and paced around the room with him.
It didn’t take too long for the boy to finish eating. He yawned when he was done and burped easily at the patting on his back. Dr. Walker set the blood covered baby down. “Goodnight, little one.”
Dr. Walker left the infant in his room and went to the bathroom to rinse off the blood covering his plastic suit in the shower. He headed back into the living room when he was done, a large smile on his face
He grabbed his things and changed out of the suit in the hallway, where there wasn’t any carnage. The scene he left behind him was a woman in a beautiful position, body empty of organs that were strewn around the room, and muscles stripped to the bone in some places.
Dr. Walker left, still smiling, with his briefcase full of pieces of Mary.
