Turnball was the first officially elected president of the Green Bay Packers. In 1950 The Packers Stock went up to 118,000 dollars.
The Green Bay Packers have had many great coaches over the years. Two of the greatest coaches on the Green Bay Packers team was Curly Lambeau and Vince Lombardi. Curly Lambeau’s full name was Earl L. Lambeau and had 201 wins and 106 losses and coached for 28 years. Vince Lombardi coached for 8 years and had 98 wins and 30 losses. Mike McCarthy is a really good coach to. He is the current coach for the Packers today also he had led the Packers in the Super Bowl in 2011 against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Vince Lombardi was one of the best coaches in NFL history. He had the best percent of wins and losses. He was born on June 11, 1914 and died September 3, 1970. He has two kids Vince Lombardi JR. and Susan Lombardi. His wife was Marie Lombardi. He coached the Washington Redskins for a year after the Packers. Vince coached the Packers from 1959-1967. He won five NFL championships and super bowl 1 and 2 with the Green Bay Packers. He was also added to the NFL Hall of Fame in 1975.
