Michael Jordan is the greatest basketball player of all time. He has earned a ton of awards. Also, he has gotten through a death of a loved one. You may think he has never been denied by any coach but, you are wrong. He hasn’t always played basketball. Jordan is the best player in the history of basketball.
Michael Jordan was born on February 17, 1963 at Cumberland Hospital in Brooklyn, New York. As a young child, Michael moved to Wilmington, North Carolina. Until Jordan started high school he wasn’t very focused on academics at all. To him it was just sports, sports, and sports. Michael as a 5ft. 9in. sophomore didn’t make the varsity team but, he never gave up. By, the next season he had grown 5 inches. Jordan soon became the first high school student to average a triple double. Jordan graduated high school in the Spring of 1981. Michael accepted a scholarship to the University of North Carolina.
