HOW GOOGLE MAKES MONEY.
The internet has proved to be the most vital thing for the 21st-century generation. It is a vital part of existence and I cannot imagine how the world was without internet access. I mean, how hard was it to just live without being able to do what we can do today because of the internet. In an era dominated by the use of the internet for practically everything, Google is the most dominant internet-based entity.
Google is a search engine that helps you get answers to every question you have and solutions to every problem you have. As a search engine, it faces competition from other entities like Yahoo, OAL, EXPE, SNI, EBAY, DIS, FB, Twitter, Microsoft, and LinkedIn. When a Google user clicks on the suggested page (Ad word) then you have to pay some amount of money to Google. This goes to say that every click costs you money and when no one clicks you are not liable to pay. The cost per click ranges from a few cents to maximum figures of up to $50. Companies that get to pay such high amounts are the ones that use most common and competitive words.
For one to be able to get to the top priority list of Google advertisement, a bidding system is employed. All the advertisers are supposed to outbid the rest of the competitors.
