Introduction:
This assignment includes four parts, the first one is a brief literature review about the growth of training and development it includes the definitions, types and importance of the training and developments in the different authors opinions. The second part is the analysis of Google’s’ training methods and the third part is Explanation of how Google prepares their employees for international assignments, and finally I Developed a suitable “cross-cultural training program” for Google employees to survive in UAE.
