Recommended: Climate change in automotive business

Have you ever pondered the idea of why every year the temperature of our atmosphere rises? I have done tons of research and I am pleased to say I will be sharing my findings with you! Humans are the leading cause of global climate changes but little do they know everyday activities they participate in are the main offenders. From cutting down trees to driving gasoline powered cars, these activities can cause major changes in our global climates! As the very intelligent Bill Gates states “Climate change is a terrible problem, and it absolutely needs to be solved. It deserves to be a huge priority.” Three major problems that lead to climate changes are deforestation, the burning of fossil fuels, and the use of hydro-carbons in aerosol cans.

Deforestation
Have you ever wondered how huge paper factories keep over 50.7 million students stocked up with paper year after year? These huge companies participate in one of the world’s leading causes of climate change. They send other companies out to cut down forest that provide oxygen for all living things on our planet. This activity is known as
Inventers are trying their best to lower the chances of our global climate changing so much. Every year 15 million gas powered cars are sold around the world. When people use gasoline powered cars, the fumes from the exhausts rises into Earth’s atmosphere and helps destroy our ozone layer. The ozone layer helps keep UV rays from beating directly on our skin. The ozone has a cavity or small hole appearing in the middle of it, which mean it can’t block UV rays. Fumes from the car play a huge part in this catastrophe. While the hole gradually increases, more heat is allowed into our atmosphere which makes Earth’s temperature rise. (Figureres C, 2012) We have seen the development of more efficient engines and hybrid models that use both petrol and electricity. Electric-only vehicles are also becoming more popular and new designs that are powered by solar energy are coming onto the market.
