Have you ever been to a zoo with people feeling happy, jolly, cheering when they see a polar bear or an animal doing a trick, don’t you love those good memories of people being happy? Well if you didn’t already know people are trying to get rid of those wonderful memories you have had, especially a group named PETA who are against zoos. They believe zoos are ruining animals, even though zoos are actually making animals better and helping animals survive especially if they can’t defend themselves in the wild. Save zoos by debating against them and now! People shouldn’t get rid of zoos.

The first reason we should keep zoos is because zoos are wonderful and fun ways of studying wild animals, for example, some people don’t want to just stare at a T.V. screen all day and see what a T.V. has to say about animals such as lions, giraffes, elephants, etc, especially when all they could do is go to a zoo. Also not only do people trying to get entertained go to zoos but also scientists go for studying the animals and their reaction to the wildlife. In Europe, zoos replaced menageries as scholars turned to the scientific study of animals. This proves that zoos are actually useful for science so we can know more about animals.

Another reason zoos are useful and we should keep them is because zoos

We shouldn’t get rid of zoos because they educate the public, animals are safe there, and animals don’t have to struggle with getting food there. Not only should be keep zoos because of that but also because It helps with the environment, you may be wondering how, but it is one of the few things that teach kids anything. Now aren’t you surprised about all of the good ways zoos help people, So the next time you go to a zoo think about those happy animals that would probably be dead if they were still in the wild. Think about debating against PETA and how you are saving an animals life by the
