George Bush tried to rally the country against the terrorist, and it was working.“The pictures of airplanes flying in buildings, fires burning, huge -- huge structures collapsing have filled us with disbelief, terrible sadness, and a quiet, unyielding anger. Many people in america still believe that the fight against terrorism still has a positive impact on the country, making all americans more patriotic for their country and to fight for what's right. Former president George W Bush declared war on the terrorist on october seventh, 2001. The first war started in Afghanistan and was also fought in the later years in iraq in 2003. On october seventh, american forces started dropping bombs against taliban forces as well as al-Qaeda. This is important to the war on terrorism because it proves a positive effect for the world that someone will stand up to these chaotic people.
