The Gender Knowledge is based on the fundamentals of knowing that both male and female are unique yet the same. However, many people still think that male’s are the superior gender and that females are not as valued as the males. Others argue that females are the ones that have more knowledge and should be respected equally or more than the males due to them being able to reproduce. Both genders are the same and play an equally important role to grow and continue to reproduce the next generations. There may be the obvious differences between them but, both genders are capable of doing the exact same things. It is unfair because both genders take the same studies to get to their working environment. Their shouldn’t be any barriers when both are equal, the author also focuses on the idea that gender inequality is still occurring it is slowly improving but, not disappearing. Another article that focuses on the gender obstacles is “Gender Pay Gap and Its Perception” by Violetta Khoreva. This article focuses on business innovations and management. This article discusses the topic of the business area not having positive appeals for the females who want to work or be a part of a business firm. This piece gives the readers a sense of confusion because it’s clearly stated that women know they’re being given different pay for what the males are receiving and not doing anything about it. By adding this piece of information the author wants the readers to disagree with her work, it helps authors expand their knowledge about the topic at hand and creating a successful topic at hand. By adding adults and teenagers into the mix the tone shifts into a more engaging and education.
