This report will be investigating the homosexual people, and it will aimed at the gay rights and laws of gay marriages in Australia, and also comparing with other countries.
Firstly, I want to talk about the gay rights in Australia, in Australia, people would call gay rights “LGBT rights”, LGBT or GLBT is an initialism that stands for lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender. LGBT rights in Australia represented that Lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender (LGBT) rights in Australia have gradually progressed since the late-20th century, to the point where anti-discrimination laws protect LGBT people in many areas of employment and service access, and same sex couples enjoy many of the same rights and benefits as non-same sex couples – with the notable …show more content…

For these countries, I think these punishment or laws is unacceptable, I think we should trade them like human being, they are just the normal people, It’s their choice to decide who they love, as a spectator, we don’t have the rights to discriminate them. Amnesty International believes that all people, regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity, should be able to enjoy their human rights. Although the Universal Declaration of Human Rights does not explicitly mention sexual orientation or gender identity, evolving conceptions of international human rights law include a broad interpretation to include the rights and the protection of the rights of LGBT people around the world. And as I stated before, in some countries, the homosexual people marriage had been legally, and they do have the laws to support and protect them. For example, as we all know, the president of United States, Barack Obama, he is the first US president who supported same-sex marriage. And in November 6, 2012, the same sex marriage became legally in Maine, Maryland and Washington. Same-sex marriage has been legal nationwide since June 26, 2015 in United States. There are lots of other countries which same as the United States, these countries been through lots of difficult process to make the same sex marriage become legally, these countries are trying to protect and support the homosexual people. But compare with Australia, China and other countries which doesn’t even allowed the homosexual people’s exist, for these countries, the government haven’t provide the completely laws for homosexual people, but it doesn’t means they should be
