There are many different varieties and flavors of gatorade manufactured everyday. Gatorade is mainly dranken by athletes before during or after physical activities for either energy, hydration or recovery. Most athletes drink gatorade to restore electrolytes into their body after playing a sport so that they don't get dehydrated.
The main ingredients in gatorade is water, high fructose corn syrup which is used for fluid absorption, taste, and the delivery of energy; citric acid which is used for flavoring and acidifying acid; Natural flavors which gives the gatorade a variety of different tastes; and salt to enhance the taste.
Gatorade is manufactured in numerous countries made by pepsiCo. There are various steps to making gatorade and it is made in factories. Before making the gatorade the first step they take is making the bottle. It starts out as raw petroleum which is put into a machine to create high-density polyethylene.They then mold it together to form the shape of the bottle.
