GSK’s Code of Conduct was not only documented in order to comply with U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regulations or to brief at board meetings but was developed and implanted throughout the company. It was standard operating policy that all GSK employees received Code of Conduct training as part of their induction into the company. Nowadays, society is governed by the implications of rules and legal restrictions. All of these rules were created to uphold and maintain the idea of ethical and moral values.
