We think everyone will adore us, but we eventually find out that they don't. Some people we will harmonize with, and others we won't. It's just the way life goes, and those who do like us usually end up as our friends. It's like the old saying goes; to have friends, be one. This does not mean you have to be the perfect friend, but you have to at least try.
Ever have seen the type of “friends” that someone thought would always be there for them, but ended up only being their friend for their sake? Aristotle illustrates “those who wish well to their friends for their sake are most truly friends” (23). I believe this quote that Aristotle has explained can compare too many friendships today. He is truly right and if everyone looked at their “friends” to see how many real friends, they have; there won’t be many friendships that last. There are a lot of commitments put into good relationships; if friends work together and go through life obstacles, friends are most likely remaining together for a lifetime.
When making friends, you should learn to distinguish between good and bad friends. In life, we meet a lot of people, feel comfortable with them, I introduce to everyone that this is my friend. At a certain moment in life, we find a person who can change our lives in only a small part. It is not only people who are happy when we are successful but also who do not leave us when we are sad, in danger or when we fail, when the people around us leave. And I call it a friend - a close friend, a real friend.
Therefore, to maintain true friendship, you need the whole package, just not apart of it. Love is naturally a part of any relationship. In a friendship, love can mean so many things. It means being there when your friend needs you, no matter what the circumstances may be. It means listening to your friend’s problems and giving them advice to help them out when they are not sure what to do.
We rush to make friends and in doing so, never has a good foundation for a good friendship. As Emerson says are two elements that compose a friendship. One is truth; a friend is someone who I can be sincere with. And a friend enjoys my company; he does try to use what I can do. "My friend gives me entertainment without requiring any stipulation from me.
friendship is being able to trust someone enough to tell them everything as well as being there for eachother no matter what. Throughout life many people will be your friend, but in the end not all of them will stay, many will come and many will go that just how friendship goes, Frie... ... middle of paper ... ... was “i get by with a little help from my friends”. I like this quote a lot it says about my life, my friends are always there for me no matter what and I always get by with a little help from my friends, and finally the last quote i found was “ A friend is someone who understands your past, believes in your future and accepts you just the way you are”. I think it perfectly describes what a friend should be in a simple way. All my friends understands me from me, they believe in me, and encourage me to do better, and make my life the best that I can and they love me for me and wouldn’t change a single thing and accepts me for me.
Friendship is one of many building blocks of life. It helps one realize how the absence of a friend helps one broaden its view on how important someone could be to another. It also causes a person to value others opinion to guide them towards a positive direction. Furthermore, it allows others to experience situations no one else could give them, which in return creates memories that would forever be held onto. Both the novel If I Ever Get of Here by Eric Gansworth and the song See You Again by Wiz Khalifa ft Charlie Puth center on the theme of friendship-showing how it influences personal growth.
The Dynamics, Importance and Effects of Friendship The theme of personal relationship is broad and complex and from the two attributes it derives its power and meaning. The close connection between people emanates from bonds and interactions that grow gradually and develop to mutual experiences. However, they are not absolutely static. They keep changing with change of behavior, the situation at hand and eventually evolve. Personal relationships are highly dynamic, and for people to enjoy the benefits, they must be ready to make sacrifices, employ a few skills to keep the fire burning, gather information, practice to do what a particular relationship demands and get social support if needed.
Through the good, bad, and the ugly, true friends are the ones that are always there to lean on. Being understanding provides a sense of comfort knowing that one can always turn to their best friend when they need advice. Remaining loyal to one another allows one to put others before themselves and therefore increases selflessness and generosity. Encouraging others goes straight to the heart and allows one to believe in themselves and have a much more positive outlook in life. Oprah Winfrey once said: “Surround yourself with only people who are going to lift you
I have to make sure, how they are doing and if they need anything. It is my job as a friend to be a part of their life even if we are not living together anymore. Once we have survived all the hurdles and hardships together, the chances of our friendship falling apart are very slim. It takes a lot of trust, feelings, emotions, care, and love to build lifetime friends. The way one maintains it, is the way to the success of a long lasting
