Magdalena Carmen Frieda Kahlo y Calderon also known as Frida Kahlo was born on july 6, 1907 in Coyocoan Mexico City to a German jewish immigrant father Guillermo Kahlo and to a Indian mother Matilde Calderon y Gonzalez. The story of Frida Kahlo began in her family house Casa Azul alias the Blue House, she was the third and the most favoured children of her father out of the four daughter. Frida Kahlo was a extraordinary and authentic mexican artist who tranformed her life by painting herself. She was also a celebrated feminist icon and a visionary artist who died at the age of 47 in july 13, 1954 Mexico City.

In 1922 , Frida Kahlo was one of the first few female student to attend the finest and renowned National preparatory high school in Mexico. Frida Kahlo first began to paint during her long convolesace from the terible accident that struck her at year 1925 and left her cripple at the tender age of 18.
